Emergency Technical Assistance Service

This contract service provides access to our on-call support specialists on a 7×24-hour basis. It’s use is intended for emergency situations where telephone access to a specialist is required to deal with a product failure in situations causing a service outage.

Turnaround Sagaxis will provide immediate support.
Service Duration This service is available on a contract basis and is available for a one-year term.

Availability This service is available on an immediate basis.
How to Order To order the Emergency Technical Assistance Service, a Purchase Order specifying the type of service requested must accompany the order.

Upon completion of processing, the service will be activated immediately, on the date specified by the order.
